Valerie Locher

Valerie specializes in residential resales and new construction. She focuses her work in many of Houston's distinctive neighborhoods, including the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, Spring Branch and inner loop. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Valerie worked as an attorney for over seven years. After taking a few years off to start a family, she knew that real estate was the perfect solution to balancing hard work and family. Valerie's legal background and negotiating experience along with her long-time interest in Houston real estate are assets in helping her clients find the perfect home or market their current property.

Valerie received her J.D. in 1996 from St. Mary’s University School of Law and her B.A. in 1990 from Southwest Texas State University. Valerie's experience includes work for corporations, judges and law firms. Valerie volunteers at her church and at both The Kinkaid School and Grace School where her children attend. Valerie and her husband are both sports enthusiasts and spend their free time with their children outdoors as much as possible.
