Afton Village

Afton Village is a small neighborhood of 266 homes conveniently located just outside Loop 610 just north of I-10 between Silber and Antoine. This provides great access to downtown, the Galleria, Memorial Park and I-10 area amenities. The neighborhood is deed restricted and consists mostly of classic 50’s ranch homes. Much pride is taken in the resident’s landscaping. There is a local pool, Afton Village Swim Club with optional membership. Afton Village is in the Spring Branch Independent School District and is zoned to Memorial High School.
