Piney Point Village
The City of Piney Point Village is one of the lovely wooded, serene Memorial Villages and is located on the south side of Interstate 10. Piney Point includes approximately 1,000 homes. The minimum lot size is 40,000 SF, although there are smaller lots that have been grandfathered.
The Memorial Villages Police Department serves Bunker Hill, Piney Point and Hunters Creek Villages. The department is nationally accredited and plays a very important role in the communities in addition to their policing responsibilities. The police department provides a number of services including House Watch. The police station is located at 11981 Memorial Drive.
The Village Fire Department serves six Memorial Villages (Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hilshire, Hunters Creek, Piney Point and Spring Valley). The station is located at 901 Corbindale in Hedwig Village.
