Spring Valley Village
Spring Valley Village is one of the six Memorial Villages and was incorporated as a City in 1955. Located ten miles west of downtown Houston, Spring Valley Village spans 1.6 square miles. The desire for zoning was one of the major reasons for incorporation as a city.
The police department, City Hall, and the City Park are located on Campbell Road. Residents love the protection offered by the Spring Valley Police Department. The lovely City Park regularly hosts fall and spring festivals. For families with young children, the Spring Valley Mom’s Club is a great draw. Spring Valley is zoned to the excellent schools in the Spring Branch Independent School District, including Valley Oaks Elementary, Spring Branch Middle, and Memorial High School.
